Welcome to Clonex Esports. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Clonex Esports mobile tournament application and associated services. By creating an account, downloading the app, or joining any Free Fire or Ludo tournament, you signify your agreement to these Terms.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Clonex Esports.
• Single Account Policy: Each player is permitted only one registered Clonex Esports account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to claim bonuses or manipulate matchmaking results is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken under your account.

Clonex Esports hosts competitive esports tournaments for mobile games, primarily Garena Free Fire and Ludo King.

• Room ID & Password: Custom Room credentials are provided inside the Clonex App 10-15 minutes prior to match schedule. Do not share room credentials with non-registered players.
• Official Clients Only: Players must participate using official, unmodified game applications installed from authorized app stores. Third-party modded APKs, speed hacks, aimbots, auto-headshots, wallhacks, or scripts are permanently banned.
• Emulators & Devices: Unless a specific tournament is explicitly labeled as an PC/Emulator match, all tournaments are strictly for mobile and tablet touchscreen devices.
• Fair Play & Teaming: Teaming up with non-squad opponents in solo/duo matches, stream-sniping, or intentional match-throwing results in immediate disqualification and prize forfeiture.

• Wallet System: Entry fees for paid tournaments are deducted directly from your Clonex Esports in-app wallet balance upon joining a match.
• Payment Gateways: Deposits can be completed via authorized mobile banking channels including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Players must accurately provide the sender phone number and Transaction ID (TrxID) for validation.
• Non-Transferable: Wallet balances cannot be transferred between player accounts.

• Result Submission: Players must submit clear post-match screenshots or screen recordings showing kills and placement within the specified time window after match completion.
• Verification: Tournament admins review submitted evidence and spectator logs. Prize winnings are credited to the user's Clonex wallet within 1-3 hours of match completion.
• Withdrawal: Players may withdraw their tournament winnings to verified bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours.

Clonex Esports maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against cheating, abusive behavior, and financial fraud. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account and forfeit associated balances if a player:

• Uses cheats, hacks, injectors, or macro scripts in tournament matches.
• Submits fake or forged payment transaction screenshots.
• Submits falsified match results or kills proof.
• Harasses, abuses, or defrauds admins or fellow participants.

Garena, Free Fire, Ludo King, and all respective logos, game titles, and trademarks are the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. Clonex Esports is an independent community esports tournament organizing platform and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Garena or Gametion.
